Usual name: Red Bark Scorpion, Rusty Thick Tail.

Origin: Africa. Kenya, Tanzania, Somalia.

Terrarium: An arboricolous terrarium of 3 gallons makes the deal, it will be equipped with 2 in. coconut fibre and or peats, in a half  surface of sphaigne, added some barks, B.jacksoni trees likes taken refuge, some sheets and a stone put in.

Temperature: 83° F the day and 70° to 75° F the night.

Moisture: B jacksoni saw in tropical forest A 60-70 % of moisture, sprinkled every 2 days and it needs a water bowl.

Food: They nourishes arthropods, it likes the millipèdes, crickets and cockroaches. The small ones will be nourished micro crickets.

Reproduction: Gestation of 3 to 8 months, range from 10 to 40 pullus, fast growth. Can have more than one brood with one coupling.

Sociability: The young can be placed sets since it hiding-places and lot of foods for all, if they come missed food they will eat their fellow creature, it is better to separate the sub-adults and adults apart from the period of coupling.

Toxicity of venom: Aggressive, its venom is on level 2 on a scale of 5.
